Application & Approval
Submission of this application does not guarantee that a credit or cash account will be approved. All applications are subject to Woodworks Timber’s credit assessment, internal criteria and approval. We reserve the right to decline an application or offer different credit terms or limits. -
Credit Checks
By submitting this application, you authorise Woodworks Timber to carry out credit, identity and other appropriate checks with credit reference agencies and other relevant third parties. Credit checks may be carried out on the business and, where applicable, its directors, owners or other individuals connected with the application. Information obtained may be used to assess the application and for ongoing account management. -
Credit Terms & Payment
If credit is approved, the credit limit and payment terms will be confirmed by Woodworks Timber. All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms. Woodworks Timber reserves the right to review, reduce, suspend or withdraw any credit facility at any time. -
Personal Guarantee
Where credit is granted, Woodworks Timber will require one or more directors, owners or other individuals to provide a personal guarantee in respect of amounts owed by the business. The guarantor may become personally liable for outstanding sums, including applicable interest, charges and reasonable recovery costs, if the business fails to pay. -
Information Provided
The applicant confirms that all information supplied in this application is complete and accurate. Woodworks Timber must be notified promptly of any material change to the information provided, including changes in ownership, directors or the financial position of the business. -
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agrees to be bound by them and by any additional credit terms provided by Woodworks Timber.
