Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@woodworkstimber.co.uk or call 01132 361204 to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service for guidance on such cases.
