Delivery Charges

Delivery Timeframe
Our team strives to dispatch orders promptly. The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Receiving Your Delivery
We offer a roadside delivery service only, this includes front gardens and driveways. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order during the agreed-upon timeframe. If no one is available we will deliver to the nearest roadside space that adjacent to the property but cannot take responsibility for its safety beyond that. Any additional costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, document them with the delivery driver and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will work diligently to address and resolve any concerns.
